Shipping

- Shipping is international
Payment Payment is made in full at the time of order via Shopify’s secure payment system.
Right of withdrawal In accordance with French law, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@volum-stock.com. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Returns & Refunds We accept returns only in the case of the legal right of withdrawal or if the product is defective. The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Liability VOLUM cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier or for any indirect damage.
